When you finish reading an independent book of your choice, make a copy of this Google document (click file, click make a copy), complete the form, and share/email to edwards_j@hcde.org. You will be entered into a quarterly drawing for a prize. The more books you read, the more times your name will be placed into the drawing so you will have a greater chance of winning.
     Go to the Library website to find out how to access books online and how to check out physical books from the school library.
